"Initially I had a glitch as there had been no updates in their system about my changed itineraries, but the staff was very polite and helpful to resolve the matter. I liked the hotel's parking lot. It is spacious and convenient for parking. Room was clean and the breakfast was also good to have. "

"The hotel is located in one of the best spots in Niagra Falls. Its only 1 block away from the park and 5 minutes from the American and Bridal Veil falls. You are able to see the nightly firework show.The staff at the hotel are respectful and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean the beds are extremely comfortably. The continental breakfast is a big plus. I will definitely book here at again."

"Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were very clean and cozy with the fireplace feature. Breakfast served was great, only missing some fresh fruit, but plenty of other options to satisfy. Nice area, some neighboring construction but that didn't disrupt the stay however since work was silent all weekend. Parking is a bit unique across front street of hotel and shared with nice, safe Lewistown community Niagra River Park area. Will definitely look to return on next visit to the...
