"We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and a sofa each. When we arrived at the property, we were notified that due to overbooking the manager changed our reservation to 1 king bed. We had to decline the change and had to move out and find another hotel which we did not appreciate. I haven't read the fine prints and I am sure there is loop hole for this. But it does not matter. I have never seen any other hotel chain do that to their patrons. This will remain in my memory for quite some time that...

"The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. Used soap in the shower, long hair hanging off of the shower curtain, broken and moldy tiles. I could list many more things. Also, you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms above and from the hallway. DO NOT stay here!"
