"Very friendly staff, including valet and concierge service. The food at the Exile Restaurant was excellent, especially the service. Had a small breakfast at the Java Room in the lobby. The bagel with salmon and cream cheese is a must."

"Nothing special but not very accessible if there are mobility issues. Stairs in and out. No ramp to access building."

"I didn’t appreciate the first front desk clerk. Young with dark hair. She talked way too fast, didn’t explain things well and was a little arrogant. The next day the front desk staff person was the total opposite REALLY friendly, genuinely nice and helpful ~ a mature woman with grey hair and was wearing purple."

"The room was small but clean. The restaurant is under new ownership and 1 waitress, seemed new to the food server position. Location was close to Bonavista area."
