"The property is in a great location ~ walking distance to yummy restaurants & noteworthy sites! Accommodations were comfy, clean & well-appointed; our room was spacious & laid out nicely for travellers. Breakfast was perfect with lots of healthful options! Our host was wonderful with interesting stories, helpful suggestions & a high degree of professionalism! Our stay at the Balmoral made our first visit to St. John’s a highly memorable experience! Grateful!"

"Bad experience. Door closed, call emercency no, learned that I have been transferred to ABBA INN on Queen's Road ?? again door locked & no enveloppe with the keys for the door and for the room, long wait outside on the street, lost my evening waiting for help, finally a russian person gave me a key for room 6 in ABBA INN."
