"Di'd not know that a security deposit was also charged when you checked in. The hotel also told us that there was laundry facility on site which we need as there was a group of us travelling on atv's and side by sides. When we got there it was not operational. Only one person to check in people. When I said there should be more as to help him out he said it's a small town and no help available to hire."

"The hotel is in a great location for downtown, nice view from the room is available, if you book an ocean view room. The lobby is modern and clean, the restaurant on site is nice and has good food. The actual room, is old and had a smell of old cigarettes, for a Sheraton at $400-500 a night, we expected better! Especially to compare to other hotels in the area. I called down twice for more hangers, and towels- no one ever came. Definitely not any kind of luxury experience at this hotel"
