"I understand the need for renovations but when you’re room doesn’t have a desk or a chair should you be charging $189 for a room. The bathroom was nicely remodeled but I had to put my suitcase on the bathroom counter because there was no luggage stand (or desk) to put it on. "The staff was very helpful. The rooms however are in terrible condition. We found multiple bed bugs on the bed in the morning. The carpet in the room had stains everywhere and the bathroom had a smell to it. Location is great, but everything else absolutely sucks."

"We had team work to do at Syracuse U, and not only was this location convenient, it had all the amenities, was super clean, and the staff was on spot every day. If I had to ding anything it would be the size and layout of the gym, but they had all I needed and it was empty when I went, so it worked."
