"great place to stay! The location is perfect — close to great food, Times Square, and tons of shows. We had two queen studio apartments and they worked out really well. The view was nice, and my bathroom had been recently remodeled which was a great bonus.
The only small downside was that it was warm the first day we arrived and the room doesn’t have AC, so it felt a little hot at first. Luckily, the building is in a great spot to crack the windows and once we did, the breeze cooled the room...

"Huge credit to them — I didn’t have a charger, just a usb cable, and the usb in my first room was broken. Within 10 mins, they had me moved to a new room with a working outlet.
Clean, quiet, and right in the middle of NYC"

"The bed in this room was awful with poor quality sheets. It felt worse than a pullout. The room was completely bare with no pictures. The room was extremely loud from the street noise which made it very difficult to sleep.
We cut our stay short and although the night before we were told that we could cancel the next night. BUT, when we went to check out, they told us that we had to take it up with Expedia. It was necessary to have an Expedia representative intervene in order to get our room...
