"The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them.
WIFI could be better...but it's free.
Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine.
The free breakfast was very filling."

"Nothing in the description indicated that Cheung Chau had no motor vehicles. We were faced with having to schlep 6 pieces of luggage from the ferry terminal to the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel staff was able to help. The Warwick is situated on a cliff overlooking the harbor but requires a steep uphill climb to get to the lobby. The room was clean but the facilities are old and in desperate need of repair. Meals at the hotel were not good. The air conditioning could never reach a happy medium....
