"The room was not cleaned well, there was hair all over the bed and they only gave us 2 towels plus the furniture was dusty. The pool was dirty, water very cloudy and a bad smell from the water, there was something yellow floating in the water I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool at all. No activities during the weekday and everyone looked like hypnotized zombies sitting in front of the machines. I think this hotel needs some updates everything seemed to be old and outdated."
