"The main building was absolutely gorgeous however we stayed in the Palmer building which left a lot to be desired. First off it smelled moldy and felt damp. The hallways were disgusting, wallpaper peeling, old carpeting, very unappealing. They are doing a great disservice to their property by keeping the Palmer building in such a sad state of disrepair. "

"The property is beautiful. It was chilly so use of the amenities outdoors was limited. The indoor pool and hot tub floor are old and discolored making them unattractive to the eye.they could use to be resurfaced. The shops have limited hours as well as restaurants. And we would have liked to see entertainment in the cave or elsewhere in the venue every night. It was a bit boring in the evening. "The room was tiny, which we knew ahead of time but was not an issue as we stayed for one night. The location was perfect and right in the middle of the strip. The staff was very pleasant and we got there early and was offered to use their lot while we waited to check in. "

"Beautiful and clean, inside and out! The property itself was so well maintained and the building was just beautiful and appeared new. The room was adorable, spacious and very clean. The staff members were outstanding. They were so welcoming and friendly to me, my partner and my dog. Each and every one of them was wonderful and kind. "
