"Still no staff at the front desk at the Palmer Inn. Very cold without staff to go too. Coffee machine is lacking the higher end latte/espresso machine that they have at Church Landing. The new redone rooms are definitely 100% better than before. Total plus."

"The easter buffet was over priced, my daughter just turned 12 and was charged as an adult..we literally had a couple pieces of bacon/sausage and a waffle…my son had a couple pieces of bacon and some fruit and it cost us $111, it was disappointing but the rest of the stay was amazing!"

"Parking is valet only so it's okay. We ate in the onsite restaurant . It was good/aveerage--nothing out of this world but it everyone in the bar was friendly. My only issue is I asked for a room with a sofabed and did not get a room with a sofabed. "

"We stayed in a cabin surrounded by nature and it was amazing. Very quiet, private, and peaceful, perfect to disconnect from routine. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the forest view was the best part. Overall, a simple but very special and relaxing experience for a couple."

"This is a perfect place to stay for the mini outdoors activities around Conway weather in the summer, the fall, or the winter being close to the ski stations. Conway is a wonderful little city with many things to do at night with dining and shopping."

"We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a large variety, and the food was tasty. The room was clean and comfortable. The annoying part was that there is a sign stating that towels and, etc will only be taken every 3 days to save water. We grabbed extra towels and pillows because there weren’t enough for the 4 people we had staying in the room. While we were gone, they came in and took the towels we had nicely hanging in the bathroom and the one clean extra we had been given that we were...
