"Staff was nice, room was clean"

"Overall I found many of the staff was not very friendly. Multiple times staff was not engaging even when I initiated conversation. One morning I was pouring a cup of complimentary coffee and they took the pot away closing down as I tried to finish . 45 minutes before time. Working with and for the public , staff should pay attention to guests."

"We stayed for a night and it was clean, unique and quaint. Rooms had character, but the kind we love. On site, they have the Old Salt which was. AMAZING food. After we took to the bar for Sunday night football. Breakfast in the AM wasn't anything to blow your mind, but it's free and something to grab on your way out. We would definitely stay again."

"The property looked nice driving up but the interior needs to be updated. My room was on the 1st floor and the hallway floors were uneven and seem well worn. The room was ok, clean but a tiny TV and the pillows were not even standard size,more like throw pillows. Luckily,I always bring my own. The phone was old and there was a DVD player in the room, so yes some updates could help. I didn't realize the restaurant was going to be closed through the end of the year, so we had to leave to get...

"We enjoyed our stay at the royal crest. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and updated. Location was great, a short walk to plenty of restaurants and the beach. Staff was very pleasant and helpful."

"I wasn't expecting a fully furnished apartment with a full sized fridge! Comfy bed, Jacuzzi tub and shower, fireplace, big TVs in living room and bedroom, and mountain view. Several pools and hot tubs on the property, but you have to drive to them. Had a place for a bonfire but it was raining so we couldn't use it."
