"Room was nice, good size etc. Mattresses were terrible and the sheets had bleach or detergent residual on them that irritated my skin. I ultimately had to dress to eliminate the skin irritation to be able to sleep. Bad experience for the cost, or otherwise!"

"Room was nice but took a long way from the pool area. I specifically asked to be by the pool as I was traveling with small children. I was given a room far away in the same building with lots of stair. No access for a stroller. It was tough carrying a baby in a car seat along with everything we needed at the pool. Not one person at the resort put any thought into the room we stayed in. Requested a crib, it was left upstairs and we had to bring it down ourselves. I'm a 58 year grandmother...

"We stayed here for just a weekend getaway but wished we had stayed longer. The location is ideal as it’s close to everything without being noisy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is newly renovated so everything was in great condition. We didn’t partake of the breakfast but had early morning coffee. The parking attendants were extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely be back!"

"Pros - Great location to anything in the area. Staff was very good and the nice lady named Anna was the best time having breakfast. Cons - The room as soon as we walked in. The the smell that hit our nose was like no one has stayed in that room in a while. There was a area rug by the bed that has seen it's last days and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. Say the same thing for the mattress, hard sleeping on it. The room was small and the bathroom was the smallest one we ever stayed at...
