"The staff was very helpful, accommodating & friendly! Our room was wonderful!! Very comfy & spacious. I surprised my husband for a stay for his birthday and they had a cake waiting for us un our room when we arrived, so nice & appreciated! They were thoughtful with birthday wishes & desserts! We ate at the 1902 for a delicious dinner and wonderful view- highly recommend!!"

"We stayed in a cabin surrounded by nature and it was amazing. Very quiet, private, and peaceful, perfect to disconnect from routine. The cabin was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the forest view was the best part. Overall, a simple but very special and relaxing experience for a couple."

"Hotel was great. Nice breakfast that was included with the stay. Great location for exploring down town area. Only thing that we were bummed about was the pool size. It's small. But my kids still enjoyed it. "

"HOT WATER!!!! Turned on the water for the shower, never got warm or hot, was cold. Called the front desk, on hold for 6 minutes, called back on hold for while again then hung up on. Called back and was told our room is far away from the boiler and it takes a while for the water to warm up!! Pretty amazing huh"

"The room was clean. The bed was absolutely a brick just like the night before when staying at Indigo in North Conway. I guess because both are IHG they purchase same brick to sleep on across the board."
