"It was ok but there’s no extraordinary about the hotel. The restaurant is closed due to fire. The room is ok but the bathroom smells pee. The smell was so strong. I think the toilet bowl is not clean. I have to clean it with babywipes but still smells pee. Thank God we stayed only one night and I have to leave the window open overnight."

"The good; Clean room, great location and concierge was the highlight of the trip. Judy was a wealth of information. She was right on with outdated advice we found on social media and travel platforms. She knew the latest information restaurants that changed ownership recently. All of her suggestions were accurate. Not good; The onsite restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner and this would have been helpful for us to know in advance. We booked rooms via Expedia 7 months ahead of time. Expedia...

"The staff was supportive and cordial. However our room wasn’t that clean. There were cobwebs in many areas and dead gnats on the windowsills. The beds were very comfortable and the cabin was charming. However the pictures are misleading. The king bed is in the living room. The pictures make it appear it is separate. Staff was helpful and accommodating, but the restaurant reviews were not accurate. The food is not as described. Certainly it was not a fine dining establishment as it advertised."
