"This was my first time ever going to Laconia and it was a weekend away for myself and my 23 year old daughter. We were going to a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and wanted to be close to the venue and make it a nice weekend away. This establishment is adorable and the staff is over the top friendly and very helpful. The room was extremely clean with very comfortable beds. I will absolutely be going again!! "This was a clean room close to all shopping the front desk gentleman was very kind helpful and gave us a Dunkin gift card for coffees ! This place was fantastic with a beautiful view of the mountains with our own balcony!"

"Check in is at exactly 4pm, no earlier. They will email you if you'd prefer an early check in, pay $30. But I did see guests had paid and still waited til after 4 to check in. Front staff at reception there was one woman who was very rude and non welcoming. Right at 4pm there was a huge line of guests waiting to check in. Not very smooth or ideal way to have guests arriving."
