The self-check-in process was simple and straight forward, and the off-site staff were easily contactable by SMS messaging, and provided prompt responses and excellent support. The on-site staff (restaurant, lounge and housekeeping) were amazing, and helped to make it a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again!"

"Hotel is in beautiful location right on Northumberland strait. Owner was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Room was clean and well equipped. Only drawback, inversion heater was very noisy."
