"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. The receptionist named Ester was so friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Great location and overall a really pleasant experience — we would definitely stay here again."

"Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant."
