"The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. The staffs were very friendly especially Ronnie the Lifeguard and bar staff namely Binoy and Aldrin. I love the foods from snacks to dinner and breakfast. "We have stayed at Ave Suites a few times and this time was the best. We got a room with a king size bed and the room appeared to have been remodeled. They have a nice restaurant, pool and spa at a reasonable price. The only knock is the lack of parking and the road noise from Lacson Street traffic."

"Staff is trained very well by discovery, this is the best resort I have ever been to with my family!"

"We weren’t given a key to our room so it did not feel secure. The sliding glass door did not close properly so the room was hot. The room had several large lizards inside. This is experienced travels or locals only. Hotel did not reply to my messages before arriving. "

"The Hotel is in a quiet location which is good in my opinion. There is an easy walk to the main street, where you are able to access, cafes and shopping malls either by taxi or the Maxim car (i.e. like Grab) from the Hotel or use the air con buses or jeepneys. Hotel is a lovely decor and is clean. Rooms are a good size beds are very comfortable bathrooms are always cleaned. Room cleaning is done each day.
