"The hotel is lovely. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The service and kindness of the staff was exceptional, from Marco (Polo) to Abner, to Jareli and all the wait staff and bartenders. Thank you for a lovely time and for making us feel welcomed. The restaurants were delicious. ... my favs were the Italian and Asian theme. My only wish is that there was a restaurant with a focus on the cuisine of Mexico! The beachfront is beautiful. The property is very well cared for. Highly recommended....

It has amazing restaurants on site, endless food and drinks, high quality entertainment in the evenings, and the rooms are impeccable. The staff is friendly, positive, and attentive to your needs. On the other hand, I wasn’t a fan of Frida, the Mexican restaurant, as it didn’t feel authentic at all. We’ve never been comfortable leaving our daughter at a daycare, but the kids club here completely changed that.
