"L'hebergement est très bien placé dans le vieux Pampelune. Le parking payant (mais prix raisonnable) à proximité était très bien et le funiculaire gratuit une vrai aubaine pour s'y rendre. Le logement est tout neuf et manque un peu de vaisselle et produit d'entretien basiques. La literie est parfaite. Un petit porte manteau ou patère aurait été pratique à l'entrée, ca manque de petit meuble pour y poser sac, lunettes.... Il manquerait un mode d'emploi pour la clim car assez bruyante la nuit...

"Great hotel when travelling with dogs, but I think €20 per dog is expensive as there is limited dog walking around the hotel. The food menu is a little limited with no vegetarian options. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable and great views. The front desk staff was exceptional, both knowledgeable and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Silvia and Alba. They went so far above and beyond to ensure that we had the most delightful vacation. Breakfast was well worth the money! The location was outstanding and the front desk is so well informed about the community and highlights. We had such a magical experience and this hotel made it so."

"Clean, conveniently located, helpful, comfortable, sauna and gym included… I really can’t find anything to complain about. There is a restaurant in the premise. Not great fine-dining but for a decent quick bite, it’s OK. There breakfast for extra 16€. I tried the sauna. It’s Ok. You use it all by yourself. I didn’t try the gym. Next time I will. It’s close to all the interesting Old Town landmarks, as well as supermarkets, laundromat, post office and famous restaurants. All the staff spoke...

"L’hôtel est bien placé. Un membre de l’hôtel parle français c’est très appréciable. La chambre est spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain et la literie très confortable. Clim parfaite et facile à régler. Attention le ménage j’ai retrouver des cheveux sous les draps et un dans la douche. Je rejoins d autres commentaires sur le bruit dans le couloir. Mais ceux qui sont dans la chambre n’entendent pas comparé à ceux qui dorment dans le canapé lit."
