We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's amenities, particularly the sauna, which was fantastic! The breakfast was absolutely incredible! We stayed during the early days of the San Fermin event and were treated with such warmth that we truly felt special.

Not much to say, I think other reviews explain this hotel perfectly. By no means in Pamplona, completely over run. and to the point both my self and my partner felt unsafe and uncomfortable that we found alternative accommodation.

Hotel alla periferia di Pamplona ma perfetto per gli spostamenti. Non lontano dalla città, quindi si raggiunge la città velocemente. Hotel moderno dotato di tutti i confort, belle le camere, buona la colazione. Personale molto gentile. Consigliato per chi in auto voglia visitare Pamplona.

Personal muy agradable. El resto OK. El Punto negativo para el wifi....una castaña...acabe conectandome desde el movil. Cobrar el parking 3 o 4 Euros en la explanada de delante tampoco creo tenga mucho sentido y queda un poco feo. El desayuno muy completo y rico

No funcionaba el climatizador con 30 grados en Pamplona. Tampoco funcionaba el televisor. Al avisar a recepción de la situación una empleada con evidentes problemas para hablar en español comprueba que efectivamente es así y me comunica la imposibilidad de cambiar de habitación. Según ella no hay nadie disponible para arreglar la situación ni mantenimiento ni dirección del hotel un viernes a las 17h. Actualmente en proceso de reclamación en consumo y turismo del Gobierno vasco.

El personal de este hotel está realmente comprometido con el bienestar de sus clientes. Por un inconveniente mi insulina se daño y ellos me buscaron cómo reponerla. Gran ejemplo de compromiso con los clientes. Súper recomendado. Gracias!
