"The hotel was not what I expected!!! It was GREAT!!! The Front Desk Staff was absolutely spectacular!! Location is perfect for anything you want to do in Pamplona... just an Uber away, even though I drove in. Parking on site... Super quiet. The restaurant and cafe were great as well. I saw a bus stop on the corner... didn't use public transit... it was irregular due to the festival... but Uber driver provided his number and he was available on call.... "Lovely hotel , very nice staff , big rooms and huge beds , nice cold air con and big bathroom etc . Kettle or core machine in rooms too . Nice meal in restaurant and drinks reasobaly priced . Second visit and back again in November "

"Agréable découverte d'un très beau village Basque dans un environnement magnifique pour faire de la randonnée. L'hôtel est situé tout proche du centre-ville à pied. Parking au pied de L'hôtel. L'accès est facilité à toute heure par l'envoi de code d'accès par WhatsApp. Contacts en français par messagerie et en anglais au comptoir. La chambre était très spacieuse. Leitza se trouve à 38 km de San Sebastian ce qui m'a permis d'y passer une journée. "
