"I’m not used to leaving a poor review, but our stay at the Taj palace was a hide disappointment. It started with Rakesh on the concierge desk being rude. I was talking to him, the phone went- he just stopped talking to me mid sentence and answered the phone. Didn’t even say excuse me or give me a moment. Our checkin was good. "I love the hotel and am a repeat guest for over 20 years. The pool is wonderful when the air pollution is not high and the complimentary yoga classes are a great way to start the day. The food in all the restaurants is delicious and I especially enjoy the breakfast buffet. The spa has good service. I am always treated wonderfully by the staff. The old world charm keeps me coming back."
