"Overall good stay. The Executive room mentions sleeps 5 but there’s one large bed that sleeps 3 which could be misleading. Extra bed at extra cost would be required for more sleepers. Staff were excellent and helpful."

The property maintenance lacks attention and the building is showing issues around plumbing, flooring and tile cracks. The check-in standard-operating procedure lacks rigour. ITC brand needs to re-hash these procedures to make sure the guest experience is good."
