"When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost. The only hotel in my entire multiple visits to India where i had to deliver my own suitcases to my room. Not very impressed overall. No intention of returning here. "

"There is 1 issue, if you are a US citizen & book from Marriott website .. a price is given to you… BUT that price is not honored at the Marriott hotels in India .. the price is raised by 7.9%.,. So US travelers the price provided by US Marriott web site is not honored… the other US brands of hotels do not indulge in such a practice. It’s not a question of affordability.. it’s a question of good faith dealings… "

"The manager Divya is an outstanding leader and all her staff reflect the high standards demonstrated by her. This hotel has been a wonderful oasis for me and my dad. I can’t say enough good things or properly express the gratitude I feel for this place. The pool deck is so nice especially when all lit up at night. The gym is decent, there are cardio machines and free weights. Some benches. Towels, water, fruit bowl and locker rooms are there. The restaurant is so good. Menu has a great variety...
