"I booked an overnight stay at this hotel for my mom and niece due to its proximity to the Canadian VAC. Overall, their stay was pleasant. However, I did notice a security concern - the door lock wasn't working properly. When they tried to engage the deadbolt, the door alarm would trigger, but if they didn't lock the door, the alarm would stop.
