"The bathroom was not clean at all! I Here’s a stronger, polite but honest review you can post: Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and despite requesting laundry service, no one came to collect the clothes. "Where to start, wow, from when we were dropped off, the team was amazing. They performed a traditional warrior dance with full on costumes. The ocean views, rooms, restaurants, pool side and very warming culture make this an amazing place to go, for both families with kids, and also couples wanting a romantic few days. We would HIGHLY recommend it."

"Secluded clean room. Was a wet damp night which made the room similar as my fault should of closed all the windows & put on air conditioning"

"Staff @ reception Karishma is Just an awesome n very helpful. Very kind hearted."

"When did the clock stop? Clearly in its day a great resort, then something happend. It's stuck in time, elements are current, elements need renovation. We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability. In our view the venue needs investment, (not just financial) it needs driving towards the expectations of the 21st century."

"Excellent place to stay. Within walking distance of pacific harbor / Deuba Beach as well as Pacific Harbor Arts village. There’s plenty nearby restaurants as well. "
