Our package included daily room cleaning, however during our 6-night stay the room was only serviced 2–3 times. We expected a much higher standard of housekeeping from a resort of this calibre, especially when it was included in the package we paid for. This inconsistency impacted our overall experience and is something that needs improvement."

"Place, it's great if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing time, and if you are ok with booking activities offered by the resort on the island. Otherwise, you will have to pay for transportation every time a boat is needed, and you will have to coordinate with other boats and jump from one to the other in the water, which could be fun, scary, or impossible for others.
