Cari Hotel di Nadroga-Navosa

"The Marriott was fantastic. The rooms and property are a dream. My only criticism is that the buffet didn’t quite match the rest of the experience. It wasn’t bad; it simply wasn’t as exceptional as buffets I’ve had elsewhere. Even so, the Marriott is well worth the price. The nearby Hilton is a different story. Although it costs less, the experience was a top-to-bottom mess: a cockroach in the room, an air conditioner that was never fixed, lackluster service, the grounds are parched, and the...

"Amazing resort"

"The resort was well equipped and perfectly suited to those looking to get away and do nothing but relax. The adults only area was staffed with attentive personnel and the main pool and restaurant area luxurious. Easily access from the resort to the marina for day tripping and shopping, but really there is no need to leave - it has it all."

"Loved the resort look and feel, however all the pool chairs were reserved super early and no one came and cleared stuff if people didn’t come back. Breakfast was nice but we had other peoples cups on our table when we went one day. Also staff need to observe the buffets more as on multiple occasions I witnessed people pick up food with their hands and eat it then also on a few occasions put it back after picking food up with their fingers. The staff were all really friendly and the adult pool...

"There was leak in the room, they never followed up regarding this issue, they removed the rug affected by water leak and left a mess in the floor, didn’t bother cleaning the floor."

"x"

"The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

"Absolute incredible service, amazing people. Very great resort to stay at."

"The landscaping was beautiful and the staff was so friendly"

"Not far from town And airport good eating options and beach and pools. The room was ok could be maintained better."

"I am sharing my experience during a recent stay at the Fiji Gateway Hotel:  In-Room Safe & Maintenance: Upon arrival, the room safe was inoperable. It locked up, and it took two hours to retrieve my documents. The maintenance staff member was polite and apologetic, though it took several hours to replace the broken unit with a new safe.  Dining Quality: The food quality at the hotel restaurant was poor.  Gym Facility: The gym was very clean and the machines were well maintained. Guests...

"We really enjoyed the food! Dinner at the Tree Top restaurant was excellent. The Buffet food on the Fijian night was just yum! Staff were super friendly and eager to help at all times…kids enjoyed the snorkelling and kayaking. Would love to return back!"

"Overall enjoyed the stay at this resort. The room, location and staff were all great. The amenities are handy, the rooms are generally clean including the bedding and towels, the reef views and variety of activities available daily made it a great place to say. The only downside was the restaurant. And unfortunately this was a massive let down. It took a long time in the evening before staff would take an order for food & drinks. One night it took over 40 minutes for us to get a round of...

"Chinese Owen the property and has traditionally Chinese food. Hotel maintenance poorly job. Smells bad in the bathroom and towels are dirty. Hand washing dishes make me feel it could spread out disease. Breakfast is nothing worthy to eat. Overall bad feeling about stay!"

"great staff convenient location. no view out the “superior deluxe” room & no balcony, just building construction out the window, but otherwise perfectly fine. beach chairs fill up fast. super helpful and friendly staff were the best part. beach ok, but you need to take a day trip out an island to get the really good tropical island water, beach & vibe"
