"Very romantic resort"

"Absolutely stunning, rooms are really nice and spacious, beds are comfy, there’s also like 5 swimming pools and too many restaurants to count, wailoaloa beach is also a hotspot for extra bars and things to do. highly recommend. buffet breakfast was around $40 NZD and very good value for money !"

"What a wonderful staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay for to the wonderful people working at the hotel. Breakfast is really good and I enjoyed dinner a la carta too. Do book the snorkeling trip, got to see turtles, reef shark and lots of beautiful fish"

"Staff were very helpful. Cleanliness was excellent. Check in and check out was easy. Beach was fantastic. Breakfast was phenomenal. For the age of hotel they have done excellent job in maintaining the property. Will definitely recommend friends and family."

"Upon checking in, my booking was cancelled for some reason. Fine. I will redo it at reception. Not so easy. I spent another hour trying! No processes in place for my situation. Receptionist would not simply accept my credit card and let me get a room... and this after a long flight. There should be an expedited process to prevent weary travellers from rest."

"Excellent hotel. It is a family oriented hotel so a lot of children and the buffet gets busy. There were only two of us and my daughter is 17. You can only use the 'adult only' pool from 18 so we were a bit stuck in limbo. We used the spa a lot which was excellent for massage and facial - lovely staff and lovely location however don't have a manicure (not the same standard as UK). "Fantastic location close to the airport with food restaurant and bar facilities. If you are looking for quiet and and an early night though this is not it as there are plenty of active children doing their thing"

"Overall nice property for traveling with kids / family. Definitely expensive for what you get. There’s a big hill and they do have a golf cart to reach your rooms, but they take 3 hours just to pick you up. Showers were the whole bathroom, so you have to you the bathroom 1 at the time. We sent our clothes for laundry morning he day prior to check out, they didn’t have our laundry ready till the next day aftwr we checked out. And the laundry was wet"
