"Booked last minute for a funeral, booked third party. Arrived and they wanted to charge me for the room again saying they couldn't process the third party payment but had the info and showed it to me. After agreeing to not charge me again I get to my room to find stains on everything, ceiling, walls, carpet, curtains, chairs and couch. And if you're uncomfortable with elevators you might avoid this one."

"Room was super humid and the sheets almost felt damp from it. (it was hot/humid outside, too). No cold water from the bathrooms sink. Much smaller TV than other hotels offer. Big fridge was nice."

"Location was fairly rundown and in need of a refresh. The door in my room had a crack, big enough that you could slip an entire book through not just a piece of paper. The showerhead was not on tight enough and was spraying water over top of the shower door and soak the floor in the bathroom. Additionally the refrigerator had somebody else’s food in it when I checked in."

"Number one the room looked much bigger in the picture the room was very tiny barely any walking room. It look like there was a pool in the picture on Expedia but there was no pool. the room had roaches crawling on the walls. There were four of us and only 2 washcloths and two towels one hand towel. No phone in the room to call and ask for towels and washcloths I will never stay there again."
