"Everyone at this hotel was friendly"

"I had a nice quick check-in, likewise for checkout. The restaurant food was fine, there was an okay selection of food. Desserts were limited, this was disappointing. The room was fine. Upon checkout I reported a leak around the sink, and the right roller blind was faulty. The blind was clearly something that was faulty for a while, the wear on the fabric was worn and showed signs of improper use over time. Room 920. These issues did not impact my stay, just observations that should be remediated."

"Mostly quiet; automatic bathroom light was a bad idea as no one could move in the room at night without the light coming on. "

"The location suited us since it was in a quiet, but up and coming area, away from the city center. The pillows were hard, and softer pillows were not available during our stay. The room got cleaned and towels got changed, but the glasses did not. When you stay several days, it should be done without us needing to ask."

"The staff are pretty unhelpful and quite rude. It’s a really hands off experience. No way of contacting reception. No water in the room. Nothing to do around the property. Rooms are comfy and clean. The station is very near to get into the centre of town"
