"The fridge and heater in my room didn’t work. Blankets smelt musky and a little of urine. The water went cold about 5 minutes into the shower and no matter how much I played with the temperature, it was ice cold. The keycard stopped working twice, had to get reception to fix it. Can’t really fault them for the guests that were loud, yelling and carrying on until 4am or whoever took my food from the kitchen, unfortunately just added to experience. "Man hatte die Wahl, ob man eine tägliche Zimmerteinigung wünscht oder nicht (1 Getränkegutschein pro Gast pro verzichteter Reinigung). Bei der Zimmerreinigung erfolgte nur ein Betten machen, es wurde nicht gesaugt oder die Armaturen gereinigt. Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage wurde teuer angeboten. "Wonderful hotel right next to a Metro station, making it very convenient. Public parking right outside the hotel which is considerably cheaper than parking in the actual hotel (half the price for us considering we parked at 6:00 PM and then it’s free to park from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM."

Hay opción de desayuno, pero yo no la recomiendo teniendo supermercados al lado. Está en una calle con muchísimo ambiente. No se si se escucha por la noche porque mi habitación daba al patio interior. Por dónde está mi habitación, tenía que bajar media planta, cruzar un buen tramo para llegar a las duchas."
