"The property felt cozy and like a respite after a morning of travel. The front desk staff person welcomed us with a complimentary drink and assisted with booking a boat tour with a small discount. The room was comfortable (two twin beds) with a view of the canal. I appreciated the housekeeping service who provided new towels and made the beds. The location was walkable to everything we planned to see, and easily navigable to Centraal Station for train or tram service."

"We stayed as a family in two separate rooms. One was a junior suite on the corner, which was exceptional and worth the up charge. We chose this hotel for the spa as our 16-year-old son was in a tournament and we thought needed those type of facilities. The issue was they did not let him in because he was not 18! Ridiculous to have a pool that kids can’t use. There also seemed to be no available services at the spa either so don’t choose this hotel based on the spa. We went elsewhere for...
