"Amazinggg place, has everything you need. The place was very clean. Two things to note would be 1) how squeaky one of our beds were which was a little annoying and 2) how I expected a balcony with the shared hot tub included, we didn’t get a balcony but had the access code to the hot tub, so that was confusing. Parking was nearby, instructions for check-in were clear. Overall, compared to other places around there, this place is a good deal."

The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. Morgens im beheizten Pool in den Tag zu starten, mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Berge, Golfplatz in der Nähe, was möchte man mehr? Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit, wenn man noch nicht da war, ein Muss in Banff!"

The bed repeatedly slid on the frame because it did not seem to have enough stability. The coffee maker also did not work properly and sprayed coffee everywhere when we tried to use it.
