"You get what you see on the photos on internet. Meaning the hotel is not expensive. BUT BE AWARE YOU DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF ON THE CHECK OUT !!! The facts: Because at the time you check in you will have to pay a deposit for the key of your room. I had to insist to get a receipt for my deposit. I got the receipt from the guy at the check in. We checked out on July 29th at about 0730AM. While I was taking care of our bagages at the car parking, my girlfriend returned the key to the check out...

"The hotel was exactly as per the details on the website. Very functional with all basic needs met; clean; value for money. It is slightly outside the centre of the city, directly opposite the Mukdahan tower. The area around has some massage joints and restaurants, 7/ 11 is about a km away. You need a vehicle to get to any of the other sights in the city."

"The PloyPalace was a nice rest stop after a long trip! Comfortable, clean, with good food!"

"Overall the hotel was pretty good for the price, the staff were friendly and helpfull, the breakfast options were average and the bed was a little hard. The pool was good but wasn’t clean when we came to use it (they were cleaning it the day before) and limited supervision when we used the pool. Plenty of parking on site. Coffee and Restaurant options across the road plus a small convenience store on the corner. "
