"Very nice stay "

"Liked: - sea view visible everywhere - sea is great - al carte restaurants were good. Disliked: - Major issue is about the staff. They quarrel in front of guests. They are not accessible for ordering. - Given a room that did not match our request (requested king bed but got 2 double beds, which were only able to fit 1 person for each) - Toilet was smelling bad and our room was positioned far from the activity areas. - Open buffet quality was bad and variety was limited. "

"The building and services we received was fantastic! There were a few issues around getting our orders right at the restaurant - one suggestion would be for the waiters to read through the order before they head to the kitchen. Other than that the dining experience was fantastic - we weren't able to visit all the restaurants due to some of them being closed. The only other issue we had was the prices of extended services, spa/watersports, on site store, the markups are around 300% and massages...

"10/10, we stayed here for 4 nights and had great time. All the staff were polite and very helpful. Our room was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the food as there was lots of variety and good quality. Beach was also great and many activities to do. Overall we had a blast and would love to return. The only thing (and this is not the resorts fault) most of the guests are Germans and they surely live up to their reputation as being cold, and unwelcoming (no smiles or hi/hello)."
