"We stayed at mountain view room, the view is exceptional. The receptionists were friendly, explained in detail. The room is clean, comfortable, but No TV. The room price considered high compare nearby property. Just the view is nice."

"We were told one hour before our check in that hotel does not exist. They told they have already informed hotels. Com. They have taken our money not refunded. They are fraud. I want my money. They have taken from last October and I have receipt. "

"Nice hotel. New, clean. You need SUV for area and parking lot. Great view - nice balconies. Breakfast below average."

"Receptionist was not giving a single fu*k about our requests. We had booked standard room with king size bed. They gave us basic room with 2 single beds. When we asked the receptionist, she told us she's just receptionist, she doesn't know anything. Later they asked the housekeepers to put combined cover on 2 beds and they made it look like a single bed. Water was not provided, unless explicitly asked. Rooms smellls with horrible toilet smell. There are no lifts. You have to drag your luggage to...

"Receptionist who checked us in was good, but rest of staff not welcoming at all. Room upgrade was ok but seemed unfinished or lack of furniture. Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property. Breakfast was quite good. Spa and swimming pool is available for extra charge but affordable. Can become an amazing hotel."

"Great choice to stay in Stepantsminda. The hotel is walking distance to the main town if you want to eat there. Yet, food at the hotel is spectacular!! I had both breakfast and dinner, and they were both amazing. Staff is super friendly; they made my stay very enjoyable. Lastly, the view!! It is really, really nice."
