"Unfortunately, our experience at Suatis Hotel was quite disappointing. Check-in took almost 45 minutes because their credit card system was not working. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was being asked if I had enough money on my card, which I found very inappropriate and unnecessary. The rooms were also quite hot, which made the stay less comfortable than expected.
