"It’s extraordinarily clear that the staff want you to feel well cared for. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. That said, just like most of the city - If you look closely, you see the cracks. The biggest bump in feeling completely relaxed was the presence of a dead cockroach in our bathroom ceiling lamp. Overall though, a very pleasant stay with some amazing humans that made us feel well cared for. Bonus points for the tortoise in the courtyard."

"The staff were all amazing, very welcoming and professional. The view is stunning, we got upgraded to a sea view suite and balcony was great. They left blankets as it gets a little chilly on early May nights. The breakfast was pleasant, we stayed 2 days and the items were different with great variety, thank you for that. "If you want a restful night of sleep do not stay in this hotel. The rooftop bar turns into a club and there is loud thumping music until midnight. We were offered to switch rooms at 10 pm but opted not to because it would have been a huge hassle. As it turns out from reading other reviews there are no quiet rooms in this hotel. We tried to get some compensation but the manager refused the request. There are many other places to stay I would definitely avoid this overpriced hotel."
