"This hotel was incredible! What stood out is the staff. There was always someone around willing and able to help. They were very attentive. We organized the hotel transfer and they helped us with the bags, highly recommend. The rooms were spacious and clean and the pool was fantastic. Loved the restaurant as well!! Such a great time here I would return!"

"The dining room did not have tea & coffee and they only had one juice dispenser. There is no kettle or coffee & tea in the room There is no iron or ironing board in the room They need a new soap in the bathrooms the current one smells funny. Dont forget to ask for your pool towels when you check in as no one will ask you."

"I've been agadir serval times. This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. Theirs no iron, moved rooms 3 times due to their being an air conditioning fault. Iron service is a joke. Promised me it will be done in 30 minutes and it was dropped off to me after 6 hours. The clothes were more straightened once they left from the washing machine then when the staff ironed it. While leaving the hotel it took the staff 45 mins to give us our luggage which lead to us nearly missing our flight. The key cards...

"Well presented hotel, but once you go beyond surface level it really isn't good enough to justify the money or the 5* rating Despite what they claim, none of the pools are heated, so its pretty cold with the sea breeze. The food is below average, little variety and its poor quality mass produced slop. The a la carte restaurants are a bit better, but overall you would really expect the food to be a lot better. "The room was clean and tidy. Pool facilities were nice and clean no issues with sun beds any time of the day. The beach area was lovely clean, tidy and private. Only issue i would say is the all inclusive is probably the worse I've had the food options were on repeat everyday. Enquired about late check out and was told £160 for 4 hours which is crazy. Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount."

"This hotel is calm with good rooms and housekeeping but misses the mark too much. Service was usually sleepy, the place very not smoke free with lots of smoking around the pool, the technology was outdated with no usb sockets anywhere or Netflix and a pretty useless hotel app too. Just a very forgettable place to stay, hopefully I just hit a bad week but it should be really special and was not."

"A great hotel which exceeded expectations. Amazing variety of quality food in the restaurant, attentive staff, large swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. A beautiful hotel with lovely gardens full of fruit trees, herbs & vegetables plus peacock, tortoises & cute cats! We loved the bar with outside seating by the fountain. The entertainment at night was well presented. The hotel was an oasis of calm and yet only 10 mins walk into the buzzing souks of Marrakech. Highly recommend 👌"
