"We stayed early August and loved this hotel. The renovations are beautiful and this hotel will be amazing once it is all completed. There was some noise around the pool deck but it was manageable. I really loved all the palm plants and the pool area is lovely. This hotel is in a great location and you can easily walk around and see the sites. Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our time and the staff are helpful."

"The hotel sits in a lovely position with easy access to a beautiful golf course. Common areas are in reasonable shape but rooms are very worn down and badly need redecoration and new furniture. The staff is competent and kind and the breakfast buffet excellent. Also have a good spa."

Initially the parking dilemma made us sceptical because it was quite a distance from the accommodation and required parking costs and porterage costs that we weren't told about. Eventually we booked in and couldn't fault the place and its authentic location."
