"The resort exceeded all of my expectations. We had an ocean view suite with gorgeous sunrise views, a comfortable bed, relaxing balcony and huge clean bathroom. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The property was very well maintained. There are a lot of families with small kids, so be prepared for that at pool time. Otherwise, the resort was fairly quiet. You don't hear people in the room next to you. Really nice stay. I would love to return again!"

"It’s a pretty hotel however they are trying to be an all inclusive resort and for you to eat and drink only there at their bar and pay too much for the food and drinks! You don’t have anywhere to sit and eat your own food you bring into the hotel except your room! Staff at the front were friendly however bar tenders and pool attendant's were not friendly at all! The shuttle people are nice but Mario is the best and very friendly! We enjoyed the pool very much however like I said unless you are...

"The hotel has a wonderful location on the beach but is some distance from the bar and restaurant area. It is very expensive for the standard of the hotel at at $60 the resort fee is exorbitant as nothing is provided for it."

"We unfortunately did not have a wonderful experience. We had a female waitress serve us at breakfast but after we concluded, the male waiter decided to come over and clear our table. He noticed that we were feeding the chickens during our meal and decided to go into great detail about all the “C*cks” roaming the place! Black C*ocks, White C*cks and even some Spanish C@cks. He let us know about the White C@ck he had at his own home. It was especially disturbing that he directed the conversation...

"Great super clean resort. Room was beautiful. Not on the main Key West strip, but hourly shuttle that drops you off right there. Only issue was the lack of water pressure. Resort is becoming a Hilton property in a few months."

"Th resort itself was very impressive. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and so helpful. I would say pay attention to extra fees that the resort may hold on to, so you can plan for that, if needed. If you book through something like Expedia, call the resort ahead of time to make sure they are set with payments. There was some confusion with that as I was checking out. Other than that, highly recommend. I would definitely visit again!"

"We only stayed one night but I wish we had a week or more. Everything was gorgeous and well maintained. The condo was beautiful and had every amenity we could ask for. Super comfy beds which is a big factor for us when booking a resort. Would 100% stay here again. "

"The porch with our unit was spectacular with a view of the ocean, and nice chairs to relax. The unit was a little dated, but the kitchen was well furnished. I’m glad we selected the Hyatt Vacation Club over a standard hotel. The little restaurant/bar poolside was convenient and the staff were very friendly. Check in was quick."
