"Second visit here and have already booked for next year, grounds , beach, food & staff 4 star , fantastic family resort. Rooms a little on the small side, daily room cleaning a bit hit and miss , all inclusive drinks ok ,cocktails very sweet and made with syrups not fresh ingredients , paid for cocktails were better this year than previous visit. Hired beach Cabana for our whole stay which was fabulous , the beach is beautiful and better than many four star resorts we have stayed at! Water...

"Les extérieurs sont simplement extraordinaire . certes les chambres sont un peu défraichie mais il n'y a rien à dire sur la propreté. Le personnel a été charmant et serviable "

"Nice, central hotel. Close to the Medina and marina. The room was large and comfortable, though tired looking. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Tables were not always clean, I guess it is out of season and there are fewer staff. Overall a good option."

"Acceuil tres mauvais , pas de cuillères au resto nourritures moyenne , hotel trop loin du centre, parking trop petit place l'imiter arnaque sur les soirées animés elles sont payantes et a part , pas assez de dessertspour tout les clts. "

"The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one."

"Très bon hôtel ! Le personnel super gentil et à l'écoute de toute demande. Dommage qu'au niveau du petit déjeuné il n'y avait plus de choix très minime. La plage privée de l'hôtel correct le sable très fins. On se restaure très bien au niveau du restaurant l'extérieur, les chefs très sympathique. Nous avons du partir 1 jour avant suite à un changement de vol de dernière minute mais l'essentiel est qu'on a pu se ressourcer . bravo et merci "

"La situation est très bien :plage et piscine super..par contre animations nulles à part la partie pour enfants.restauration correcte et assez variée mais il faut arriver à l'ouverture car autrement tt est dévalisé par la clientèle russe..le personnel est surtout à leur écoute.. rien pour les français et autres européens.. même à la réception on parle très mal le français.aucune soirée tunisienne non plus"

"Lovely staff who allowed me early check-in Phone in room not working.. reported twice but not fixed Wifi in room not working eventually fixed Lift not working when I arrived but they apologised Lastly wanted a glass of wine in bar but only served by buttle ?!"

"Séjour juste pour une nuit durant le mois de décembre 2022, hotel vétuste merite une belle rénovation et une gestion plus rigoureuse que constatée. Nourritures a la limite non variée . Petit déjeuner avec juste des petit croissants non cuites ,de faut fromage et absence du beurre .hôtel déconseillé. "
