"Check in was smooth. Was impress by the hotel lobby. Went to the assigned room and was very impress with it. The room design was similar to Pullman Kuching. Everything fromthe bed, toilet and amenities was good. Overall I was happy and very satisfied with my stay at Pullman Miri. Looking forward to return here again."

"Comfortable room. The design is more like a boutique hotel than a hotel. Room is comfy just the smoke detector will flash every other seconds at the top of the bed. I was so tired that I fall asleep very well.. usually I don't sleep with any lights on. Quite a small pool. Breakfast is good. There is a free gelato which is very delicious "

"Arrived too early for check in and requested to enter the room earlier. Friedly receptionist (Mr. Ridho) was helpful and made it happened. He deserved a salary raise from the service provided. The room was tidy and clean. Close to restaurant and mall. Good place to stay."

"Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. Room Condition: The room was in poor condition, with a musty smell and old, uncomfortable bedding that clearly hasn't been updated in years. "i dont know what to say..because for me this hotel is ok n im just in the wrong time and situation..Im stuck in miri because of the covid19 n lockdown issue..my flight back to kl cancel and i was asked to quarantine myself in the place where I was staying ... at the start of my stay at the meritz hotel for 1 weeks but I had to move out and look for another hotel because they had closed their hotel due to covid19 issue and I had to find a hotel that was still operating and at that time only...

"sincerely appreciated the hotel helping us have connecting rooms to better take care of my child. i do feel some improvements needed - rainy day absolutely no hot water, hot tap had absolutely no water coming out of it. pool/jacuzzi has a smell that lingered after. couldn't order food at pool was asked to go to lobby to order, was asked to self return pool towels if brought to room to pool side though attendant wasn't always there, at breakfast walked into restaurant with no assistance to self find table, half the food was not available and waiting some no restocking. could be better for pullman. hope it improves! "
