"Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Rooms are lovely - clean and spacious, perfect crisp sheets and soft towels! Pool is large enough for swimming whilst others are playing games. Good vegan choices - and chef was helpful in finding/recommending options. Convenient for the airport and Miri centre by Grab. "

"Very good experience. Me and my wife enjoyed staying here. Room layout is very nice and big. Sofa, Study tables, hairdryer, vault, water glass were provided. Big window with good view. Staff were very kind and helpful. Will come back again."

"They hve new convenient grocery along the building, my room is spacious & very clean. I enjoyed the most is the best view at the swimming pool area located at highest floor. Not bad. Highly recommend. "

"First room smelled like cigarettes. Second room had a rat running around (it ate some food I had and I got a video of it so I’m sure). Went to reception, showed the video and was given a new room but no help to move, it was 2am. Moved but am quite sure there was a rat in the second room too, heard noises but didn’t see it. Managed to sleep. There’s holes between the windows and roof and above the ACs so that’s where the rat got in.
Weird layout of the bathroom but hot water worked. Wi-Fi was...
