"Kids enjoy the waterpark, but the hotel itself is in need of work. The elevator doesn't sound good, rooms are a bit worn. It would be nice if the rooms had kleenex, liquid soap and better pillows. How about a free cup of coffee?"

"Family-friendly hotel. Every member of their staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent! Dining service was a great option and delicious. The waterpark was a lot of fun - something for everyone! Love the decor and theme carried throughout the pool area - hot tub is huge and caters to adults and kids which is great. The room is nicely sized with the bunk bed alcove perfect for the kids. Bedding and pillows very comfortable. Have stayed here before and will...

"My kid enjoyed the pool area and gaming area. The restaurant that's connected to the hotel could use some improvement. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and will plan on staying again when in the area. "
