"Overall our stay was great."

"The facility is showing definite wear. Tubs weren’t well cleaned, freezer in the fridge wasn't working. Jets in hot tub were so weak they made them all but useful. Never had rooms maintained for new towels etc. Towels were not stocked by pools other than in the mornings, so nothing by the end of the day were left. Ceiling tiles show water damages and potentially mold at the edges( i didn’t want to really investigate it) but the staff was very pleasant and conversational when call for. Did...

"The room across the hall from me was smoking pot. The smell was so strong that it made my room smell like pot. . I called the front desk and complained, along with several other people. Nothing was done about it that night, despite the front desk person saying she would contact the manager and then get back to me that night. They didn't kick out the people smoking and they continued to party. The next day, I brought it to the attention of another person at the front desk and she did offer me...

"Terrible stay. 5:00 pm - checked in to room 1. AC did not work 5:45 pm - moved to room 2. Strong odor. Toilet flush did not work. 11:55 pm - suggested a alternate room 3. Did a walkthrough and toilet did not flush. 12:30 - moved to room 4. Realized AC not working. Room temperature was around 75 and did not go down. With all the luggages to pack and sleeping kids decided to stay. Was so warm kids was fuzzy and we did not sleep the whole night. Vacated the room around 8 am. Provided all this...

"It is a nice looking hotel with good breakfast and great location. Our heater did make noise but we didn't complain so I don't know if they could have/would have fixed it. It is a fairly long walk from EV charging (they don't have their own) so I might not stay there again but I love being the closest to the liftbridge."
