"Stayed there 4 nights a they never cleaned our room once. Had to go get towels and requested it but it never happened. Hot tub didn't work. AC didn't work when we got there. They did get that fixed. Lobby was very warm."

The lobby was also unavailable due to several people gambling on the World Cup… (normally I would not care about this, but it made the whole lobby unavailable at night). Ordered door dash to our room as well and they would not even accept it at the lobby. Proximity to the mall isn’t really worth it when you’re on the 9th floor. Would rather...

"My sister and I made reservations through Expedia by filtering on Dog Friendly. This hotel came up and it was in Canal Park (where we wanted to stay). After checking in, I read the back of the key card holder that stated "Dogs are Not Allowed". I went back in and explained our problem, (traveling with two dogs - a corgi and a miniature poodle), to the staff. She was so apologetic and said others had had the same problem with 3rd party vendors. The management was kind to let us stay anyway. ...

"Overall decent hotel that is located near the convention center, 15 min walk. There is no mini market to get snacks or water. They have vending machines on 2 different floors. The one on the 13th floor didn’t work. The AC in our room didn’t work that great and it was 90+ in the summer. The restaurant in the lobby is wildly overpriced. $16 for a Bacon Egg and Cheese. Aside from all of that we stayed for 3 nights and never received any housekeeping. I don’t know if we were supposed to request...

"We enjoyed our stay at HIE again. We stay here all the time when we fly in and out of Mpls. Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Staff is great, and the shuttle service is very good also. They also have a good breakfast that's included with the room, best we've had at any hotel. We had to take off to early this time for our flight, so didn't get to enjoy it. I did a good cup of coffee to go though. I highly recommend staying here, especially when traveling! 5☆ hotel in my book! 🤗"

"My first time staying here, and I will be back. Clean quiet room. Options to choose for dinner. Wonderful service for getting us to the Mall of America, the concert venue, and to the golf course. We parked our car and never used it again, until it was time to leave."

"There is either valet parking or self-parking in another building. We were charged $50 for one night, which was pretty pricey given how much we paid for the suite we booked. I would have preferred to stay in an hotel with its own parking. Other than that, it was clean and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice and there were free cocktails offered during happy hour."
