"The rooms were very spacious but our bathroom felt like an after thought. The toilet was positioned very far out from the wall, to the point it was almost difficult to reach the toilet paper attachment on the sink. The shower curtain had a plastic decorative design the ran horizontal across it but it had at some point shrunk and was sticking to itself. This meant you couldn't close the shower curtain properly and water would get all over the floor. It also didn't seem like they refilled the pool...

"Never been to a hotel or motel that didn't have an alarm clock or Kleenex in the room. Also ice machine was on only one floor and it was not working. Free parking across from the hotel was a plus."

"The staff was amazing. The only negative is the pool and gym were under renovation which was not disclosed at the time of booking."

"Great view, of course, but we didn't have a balcony, so I spent a lot of time walking down the trail and walking down the rocks to beach. I like your fire pit area on the back patio, but would love more outdoor, community spaces to sit and watch the lake. It looks like a bit of a drop down those rocks, but access to the beach below your property would be awesome. We enjoyed our stay, thanks, Nick and Rachel"

"Hot tub was broken even tho it said working on the post. Sauna took for ever to get heated by the time it was heated we had to go. Bed was very uncomfortable and the hotel smells like cigars"

"Great place to stay since we were going to a concert at the new amphitheater. Nice room with plenty of food places to make a decision on what to eat. It was a little speedy but worth it for the wife's birthday!"

"Complimentary check at 2 but be prepared to wait on weekends as it's very crowded during peak season. Food average for buffet. Lagoon and spa was a wonderful experience."

"Great location to MSP, spacious rooms, but the ceilings/floors are not insulated well at all. Can hear every single step from the room above you so makes it hard to sleep if you have someone else right above your room."
