"My sister and I made reservations through Expedia by filtering on Dog Friendly. This hotel came up and it was in Canal Park (where we wanted to stay). After checking in, I read the back of the key card holder that stated "Dogs are Not Allowed". I went back in and explained our problem, (traveling with two dogs - a corgi and a miniature poodle), to the staff. She was so apologetic and said others had had the same problem with 3rd party vendors. The management was kind to let us stay anyway. ...

"After spending several days canoeing and portaging through the Boundary Waters in Superior National Forest, this hotel was what we needed. We arrived exhausted, dirty, and ready for a hot shower and a good night’s sleep. "I chose your hotel primarily because it is within easy walking distance to the Orpheum Theatre, where I watched my granddaughter perform as Glinda in "Wicked." The room was clean, the TV had lots of channels, I had a good dinner in the downstairs cafe (despite leaving my book there and not noticing it was missing until I reached the airport), and the two staffers at the front desk provided me with great information on how to take a bus (instead of a cab) to the airport, allowing me to see much...

"We enjoyed our stay at HIE again. We stay here all the time when we fly in and out of Mpls. Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Staff is great, and the shuttle service is very good also. They also have a good breakfast that's included with the room, best we've had at any hotel. We had to take off to early this time for our flight, so didn't get to enjoy it. I did a good cup of coffee to go though. I highly recommend staying here, especially when traveling! 5☆ hotel in my book! 🤗"

"Mystic Lake is a pristine, well run property. Staff takes pride in their jobs and where they work. Everyone is always very helpful and welcoming. We have enjoyed our visits and stay every time."

"Wasnt expecting the outcome , me and my wife stayed here 2 years and it was well kept. No complaints but this time it was average it offered 1 bedroom suite which we liked and the parking was free and the lot wasnt small. Pool was open but Jacuzzi was down ."

"There is either valet parking or self-parking in another building. We were charged $50 for one night, which was pretty pricey given how much we paid for the suite we booked. I would have preferred to stay in an hotel with its own parking. Other than that, it was clean and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice and there were free cocktails offered during happy hour."
