"I am so surprised that this hotel is ranked so high. My room is building D was not good. The curtains were stained. The bathroom shower was not good! The furniture was worn, chipped and in disrepair. The room was not very clean. The bed was comfortable, the staff kind, and the shuttle service is great."

"The room was very clean, however; the night before our stay was over the toilet plugged up. We could’ve changed rooms for a night before but it was having to Pack and unpack and pack up again so we used the toilet near the pool area. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. I like they had a breakfast buffet because I didn’t have to go out. It’s a great place to stay!"
