"Service was great, but the room should have been much cleaner for the price. There were tiny drops of blood on the sheet, plus hair and rips in the sheet. The lobby was also unavailable due to several people gambling on the World Cup… (normally I would not care about this, but it made the whole lobby unavailable at night). Ordered door dash to our room as well and they would not even accept it at the lobby. Proximity to the mall isn’t really worth it when you’re on the 9th floor. Would rather...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Top floor restaurant had a great view. Hotel room smelled very badly and the air conditioner leaked and made a large puddle in the room."

"There were soccer teams all over the hotel it was rated a 9.2 I'd give it maybe a 1.2 I reserved 2 rooms we weren't near one another. The pool was also on this floor. I wasn't impressed. The two men that work there were rude I feel we deserve to have $$ taken off our bill."

"My sister and I made reservations through Expedia by filtering on Dog Friendly. This hotel came up and it was in Canal Park (where we wanted to stay). After checking in, I read the back of the key card holder that stated "Dogs are Not Allowed". I went back in and explained our problem, (traveling with two dogs - a corgi and a miniature poodle), to the staff. She was so apologetic and said others had had the same problem with 3rd party vendors. The management was kind to let us stay anyway. ...

"Overall decent hotel that is located near the convention center, 15 min walk. There is no mini market to get snacks or water. They have vending machines on 2 different floors. The one on the 13th floor didn’t work. The AC in our room didn’t work that great and it was 90+ in the summer. The restaurant in the lobby is wildly overpriced. $16 for a Bacon Egg and Cheese. Aside from all of that we stayed for 3 nights and never received any housekeeping. I don’t know if we were supposed to request...

"My first time staying here, and I will be back. Clean quiet room. Options to choose for dinner. Wonderful service for getting us to the Mall of America, the concert venue, and to the golf course. We parked our car and never used it again, until it was time to leave."
