"Could not get access to hot tub or pool due to the number of children, at ANY TIME of the day or night. It would be great if its adults only at a certain time even if only an hour. Ie no one under 18 after 9 pm and keep the area open till 10.30 or 11"

"The staff were very professional helpful and friendly. The toilet in the room was constantly running after being flushed. The staff sent maintenance right away but they were not able to completely stop the toilet from running even after replacing the flushed with a new part"

"The location of this hotel is unbeatable. If you stay in Canal Park area you don't need your car. Shops, restaurants, lakewalk, etc is walkable. We will come back for sure."

"Our stay had a rough start due to an unpleasant interaction with one of the front desk associates. However, a later encounter with a different associate completely turned things around. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel valued and helping us put the initial experience behind us. We also truly appreciated the hotel manager reaching out to personally address our concerns. That level of care and commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression....
