The most beautiful veiw of Lake Superior, amazing amenities and helpful, friendly staff. This was our 1st time at Beacon Pointe and I will stay here again always."

"Hotel is a little dated, but they do the best with what they have. Everything was super clean. Didn't get a chance to try the pool / hot tub - we were too tired after seeing the sites. Staff is amazing. Had an AC issue when we checked in (I get it, it happens) after hours. Repair person was there in 10 minutes, very personable and fixed us right up in under 20 minutes. That's service. AC was a little loud, but it was a heck of a lot better than the wildfire smoke. Staff also said hello...

"Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff when we checked in and they went over all the amenities. Free breakfast is very good and has plenty of options. Downtown is about a 2 mile and I would advise walking due to pay parking in the area, unless you have small children"

"The room was very nice, clean and large. But there is a lot of construction going on that makes it very confusing. It’s hard to navigate to get where you need to be and staff was not always helpful or friendly. Some were but it’s a matter of finding the right one. I had to wait over 20 minutes to check in because of some error (they never actually told me what was going on) and then upon check out I had been charged a cancellation fee of almost $300, but I had stayed in the room and did not...
