"Everything was great except for the fact that our room was FREEZING COLD! My husband owns an HVAC company so he tried adjusting the thermostat but it was not working and he could not turn off the fan, which continued to blow cold air. I called the front desk to see if someone could fix it and was told it was a known problem and the best they could offer was a blanket. I mentioned it again when we checked out but the hotel rep just said the same thing... that it was a known problem. "
