"First thing I have to say was we didn't even stay the night, the people in the adjourned room were very loud and keep throw something at the door between our rooms. I don't know when our room was last vacuumed there was food crumbs on the floor and a whole orange on the floor between the wall and the pullout bed. And with how much you pay for rooms there you think they could find a better way of fixing the carpet down the hallways besides using Duct tape! The waterpark was fine at first, until a...

"Mouse poop on my bed, no one wore the wrist bands for the pool and no one watching their kids, hot tubs full of kids and Luke warm. Breakfast horrible and the cafe wasn’t open to order room service, no response from front desk. Honestly a horrible experience. Supposed to be a full service hotel and everything was horrible. I wish I could get a refund"

"Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!"

"We had four rooms...The air conditioning didn't work in one room requiring a change of rooms, another room did not have running hot water in the shower requiring a maintenance call...the carpet in all the rooms were dingy and dirty. The rooms we had visited were long corridor walks to a working elevator since the one servicing our rooms was out of order. "The room decor does not make sense! More thought should have been put into planning it. There was a sofa that faced a closet style cabinet and a desk (with 2/4 dead outlets!) One quarter of a VERY large screen tv was visible directly ahead in this area, because it was hung mostly in front of the bedroom area, but off to one side, rather than centered to the room. "Convenient location, adjacent restaurant is excellent with an additional coffee/breakfast stand in the lobby. Large fitness center, nice pool, and a lovely outdoor seating area. Free parking - would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to the NE Arts district of Minneapolis."

"Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds, nice deck, fluffy towels. Cons: Only one elevator - on the end of the hotel instead of in the middle. Breakfast was crowded as they have a small galley kitchen with barely enough room to make a waffle. They were also out of some basic food items the entire three times we went there. In order to watch YouTube or Prime you need to connect to the hotel's internet. But it disconnected more than 20 times over two days. This was extremely frustrating....
