"Far away from Shibuya, we traveled over 3 hours via public transportation to get here. We arrived at night, and it was a nice adventure with family. "チェックインは、スムーズで対応も良かったです。ラウンジでのアルコールとコーヒー類のサービスと足湯で、リラックス出来ました。部屋は、清潔感がありました。楽しみにしていた夕食は、バイキングで品数と量が少なく感じましたが、どちらかというと、高齢のお客様が多かったので、食べ残しを減らす取り組みの一貫なら理解は出来ますが、物足りなさを感じてしまい、期待していただけに、残念でした。個人的には、揚げ物と肉食の品数が少なめだった。朝食バイキングは、よくある普通のバイキングでしたが、きのこ雑煮が美味しかった。温泉は、源泉かけ流しで湯量も多く、露天風呂は３種類が楽しめて、夕食後の入浴だったので、ほぼ貸切で楽しめました。"

"Nestled up on the way to Mt Minobu, it's close to Kuonji Temple and the Ropeway, which you can reach on foot (though there is a bit of an incline.) The hosts were friendly and the room was exceptionally modern whilst set in a more traditional guesthouse building. Meals were also a highlight as they were well balanced and delicious. "

"Overall experience were good. Like the onsen, but bed is too hard for us as we nit use to very thin mattress. We have not very pleasure check out experience. The front desk called us three times for the 15 minutes late. Check out time is very stiff at 11:00am sharp. "

We stayed for three nights and felt very refreshed after the stay, having experienced the delicious food offered and enjoyable activities (we did the early morning canoeing, aerial stretching and rented a bike to cycle around the lake). This hotel is not for people squirmish about bugs or those looking for extreme lux. This hotel is for people seeking lush greenery, great views, and taking time to detach and relax. "

"I was here very briefly but wanted to share my thoughts on this stay. It is always impressive when the owner of a hotel takes the time to come out and greet you personally on your arrival. The friendly staff, the amazing view (if you are lucky) and traditional Japanese room experience made this a memorable stay. I wish I was able to stay longer. Highly recommended."
