"A great stay indeed. From the time you enter the resort, the guests already have a positive impression. The entrance design & landscape, the water fountain and the cleanliness provides the experience that guests expect. The employees are very friendly and well trained. The amenities like the swimming pool and pool bar are my favorites. I like the spacious rooms and balcony over looking the bay. And the restaurant especially breakfast provides great selection. Definitely will stay here again. "

"Our stay at Seda Lio was fantastic. The staff were consistently friendly and courteous, contributing to a very welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was quite enjoyable. The beach and other amenities were excellent and well maintained. The only minor issue we encountered was slower service at the restaurant. On one occasion, we waited over 30 minutes for halo-halo and were not informed of the extended wait time until we were about to leave. Aside from this, our overall experience was very positive. Despite the pool being under renovation during our stay, we would definitely return. Special thanks to Karla (receptionist from breakfast buffet) and the front desk staff member whose name begins with “F” (I think Floren), who was exceptionally helpful and truly went above and beyond to assist us."

"Staff have been amazing. I forgot his name but the van driver was very polite and very professional, soft spoken and well- mannered. JC on the front desk was always funny and very welcoming and helpful. To the maintenance guy that sorted our air-conditioning for 2 nights, bless him, he was very patient and very professional. To the girls in the restaurant, lovely smile in the morning to greet us for breakfast is a very nice experience. The guards by the main entrance are very polite and well mannered. We truly enjoyed our short stay 4D/3N. The staff running the place are exceptional, truly the face of Filipino world class hospitality. The location was amazing. So many good places to eat, our favourite being the Ka Lui Restaurant, it is similar to Subo of Boracay. We love Puerto Princesa and Best Western Plus-The Ivy Wall made it extra special. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Lagun, the staff were so polite and helpful and always on hand if we had a request. In my opinion the level of service goes above and beyond what you might expect and it made our stay extra special. The room was clean the restaurant was likewise very clean and the food was delicious.Thank you so much for having us and making our engagement week extra special! As a minor foot note I think the water they serve in the restaurant is tap water which they tell you not to drink, they informed us that it was filtered and safe to drink but it gave me stomach aches and diarrhoea so just stick to bottled water to be safe."
