Nanavida has been the best hotel experience we have had in ALL of Mexico, and we have travelled extensively throughout the beautiful country. Mariana and your staff are angels, from waiting to greet us after we were delayed at the airport, to continuing to make sure our stay was superb all weekend. Mariana is such a sweetheart, she and 2 other young ladies(I’m sorry but I don’t remember their names) were extremely kind and generous, you are fortunate to have them on your team. We loved spending our 24th wedding anniversary in Morelia, and Nanavida made us feel right at home. We will be back soon and we will tell everyone we know to come and stay with you as well.
