Another day was a similar experience where we were gone from 10am-2pm and no housekeeping. Also had to request bedding change"

"This was a terrible experience from the moment I walked in. As I was trying to check in another guest was the the reception desk requesting a new room because her room smelled like "Death". The hotel clerk said I was registered for 2 rooms, which I was not. She then said "well I will charge you for both rooms then you can dispute with your credit cad company" I asked 4 times to speak with the manager. He never came to speak with me. As far as the room goes: outdated, mold in shower,...

"We had stayed overnight on the way south. This hotel was chosen for location and had good reviews. The place was clean, the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were given a room near the back entrance in close proximity to reach items from our vehicle. Stay was brief but good. The bed was very comfortable. We chose to stay again on the way back home and enjoyed this overnight stay as well. We will use this property again when traveling south. Thank you :)"

"In town for a family gathering nearby, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality and spaciousness of the room and amenities. It was relatively quiet (save for the kids playing basketball at 6:00 AM on a Sunday...), despite being just off Rte. 1. This was our first time at a Sonesta property, and I imagine we'd use them again in the future!"

"Check in took over 30 minutes because my reservation was 3rd party and the clerk said the computer wouldn't let her assign me a room...it was clearly operator error. No towels in fitness center ...no cups for water. No sanitizing wipes in dispenser for exercise machines."
