"My stay was somewhat disappointing. The hotel felt untidy, with noticeable dust and debris collected on the carpets, in the elevators, and throughout common areas. The property also seemed outdated and in need of some maintenance. The hairdryer in the bathroom did not work, and the shower was unusually low, making it difficult to use comfortably. The tub floor was also quite slippery, which felt like a safety concern. Overall, I expected a cleaner and better-maintained property."

"We booked this cabin during a trip to Chippewa to visit family in the area. While the place was small, it was perfect for my husband and I, and our Australian Shepherd. The view from the couch looked directly onto the lake, and the location was easy to find. There was one central AC unit, but it kept the place cool. "Each morning we sat in the living room enjoying a cup of coffee while watching and listening to the river flow by. We could see the young deer walking in the river nibbling on the overhanging leaves and a heron fishing for his dinner. The home is small, but roomy and very open. The photos described it perfectly, clean and comfortable. "

Our only major hiccup was that the hosts provided ZERO communication, both prior and during our stay, and after numerous attempts to reach them. The facility was very smoky when we arrived and the gas stove barely works. Old and used feminine hygiene products were in the bathroom and quite smelly, and there was only one washcloth for our whole family.
