"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. "Warnung! Unglaublicher Vorfall! Vorgestern wurde unser seit langem gebuchter und bestätigter einwöchiger Aufenthalt im Club Robinson Fleesensee seitens des Clubs storniert. Zu Gunsten einer "Exklusivveranstaltung" wurden wir quasi rausgeschmissen. Es gäbe einen 50 Euro-Getränkegutschein, wenn wir einen anderen Zeitraum wählen. Die Dame vor Ort, mit der wir den Sachverhalt klären wollten, teilte uns mit, dass dies eine Entscheidung des Managements wäre, die sie so persönlich auch nicht mittragen...

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you . We can highly reccomend the hotel."
